We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities across IT & Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in sourcing quality profiles through multiple hiring channels.

π—₯𝗼𝗹𝗲 π—’π˜ƒπ—²π—Ώπ˜ƒπ—Άπ—²π˜„:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring delivery while maintaining strong communication with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

π—žπ—²π˜† π—₯π—²π˜€π—½π—Όπ—»π˜€π—Άπ—―π—Άπ—Ήπ—Άπ˜π—Άπ—²π˜€:
β€’ End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
β€’ Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
β€’ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
β€’ Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
β€’ Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
β€’ Work with vendors and external partners for profile sourcing
β€’ Ensure timely closures and support onboarding activities
β€’ Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports

π—¦π—Έπ—Άπ—Ήπ—Ήπ˜€ & π—˜π˜…π—½π—²π—Ώπ—Άπ—²π—»π—°π—²:
β€’ 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
β€’ Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
β€’ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
β€’ Good communication and coordination skills
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
β€’ Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
