Roles and responsibilities
Creation of Action Plans for Sales
Ensure translation of DHQ plans for PnL and annual sale requirements through the customer
Backward approach
Prepare and execute a sales plan in accordance with the procurement plan and channel.
Capability for procurement of various commodities and finished products
Continuous tracking of market rates to capture arbitrages in trade
Creation of a domestic sales pipeline and ensure complete execution of the same for meeting
Annual and quarterly targets
Migrate customers from the price category to the service or commitment category.
