Pega Senior System Architect/Technical Lead (GCM5)
1. Minimum 7-10 Years of Pega experience with PEGA CSSA certification, minimum 2-year 8.x
implementation experience
2. Certification on Pega Decisioning & Marketing would be an added advantage
3. Responsible for designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega
frameworks.
4. Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables of the project/ team and drive small
teams technically
5. Ability to manage ECS Layers on Pega and maintain reuse, inheritance & specialization
6. Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
7. Experience in designing and implementation on Pega APIs and Integrations
8. Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit test automation
9. Experience on Next Best Action design techniques
10. Experience on Pega frameworks Customer service, Pega marketing) is desirable
11. Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid, hands-
on development experience with Pega software.
12. Ability to translate complex business requirement into techno-functional requirements using
Pegasystems tools.
13. Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software
development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
