We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities across IT & Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in sourcing quality profiles through multiple hiring channels.
๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring delivery while maintaining strong communication with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
โข Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
โข Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
โข Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
โข Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
โข Work with vendors and external partners for profile sourcing
โข Ensure timely closures and support onboarding activities
โข Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports
๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ & ๐๐
๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
โข 2โ5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
โข Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
โข Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
โข Good communication and coordination skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
โข Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
