We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities across IT & Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in sourcing quality profiles through multiple hiring channels.
π₯πΌπΉπ² π’ππ²πΏππΆπ²π:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring delivery while maintaining strong communication with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
β’ End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
β’ Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
β’ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
β’ Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
β’ Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
β’ Work with vendors and external partners for profile sourcing
β’ Ensure timely closures and support onboarding activities
β’ Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports

π½π²πΏπΆπ²π»π°π²:
β’ 2β5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
β’ Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
β’ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
β’ Good communication and coordination skills
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
β’ Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
